The environment is cozy and inviting. The staff is so friendly. My teenager wasn't thrilled about being out and about before noon on her day off from school, but Dr. Rich made her laugh and made her feel empowered enough to ask questions for herself, and the ladies helping her pick out frames really helped boost her confidence. As a mom, that meant the world to me. I got the help I needed as well. We both loved the environment and the whole experience today. Dr. Rich is the best optometrist i have ever seen. He has the latest equipment most optometrists are still using the same stuff i saw back in the 60's . his staff is great and a good selection of frames.
